My advice is hire a coach that believes in what you believe in and I believe that Leaders are like Farmers.
Farmers alone don’t grow crops they create the environment for crops to thrive and grow. Leaders create the environment for their teams, businesses and themselves to thrive and grow.

In almost every workplace there are occasions when relationships can be become difficult, communication breaks down and overall the working environment suffers from problems created within the work place.
Whilst most are solvable by a cup of tea or walk there are times when professional help is required. In these circumstances properly trained mediators who provide confidentiality and impartiality are the key as they bring no knowledge of the company or the characters and have no hidden agendas. Unfortunately, often the same cannot be said of Management especially when attempts to resolve the issues have proven unsatisfactory in the past.
I am an accredited mediator and follow the UK Mediation best practice model. To ensure impartiality the mediation is carried out by two mediators working together and I have an associate that I work with. The mediation itself is centred around finding a solution that all individuals are able to support. It is usually completed in one day. This can be dictated by the number of people involved, their availability and also the nature and complexity of the issues faced, no two mediations or solutions are ever the same. Never the less Mediation is a cost effective and quick process that often saves the unnecessary costs, both emotional and financial, of more formal action.
